Instructions:

1. Wet 1⁄2 rim of rocks glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into salt mixture (optional)
2. Fill the glass with ice and add fresh mint leaves
3. Strain the mixture into the rocks glass filled with ice and mint leaves
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel
